More cereal, please... 3/17/13

 I left the room for one minute and Declan apparently decided he would help himself to more cereal. His method was to pour the entire box of cereal on the floor... I'm not sure if he put his bowl on the floor  first and tried to pour into it or if he filled it from the mess on the floor. Either way, he ended up with a bowl full of cereal by the time I returned!

 "Now what?"

"I'm getting out of here with my bowl of cereal!"

Pretending - 3/15/13

Harrison and Declan LOVE to take the cushions off the furniture and build things to pretend. According to Harrison, this creation is a truck that they were taking a ride in...pretty creative!

Snow Bunny - 3/14/13

Look where I found 'B' the other day! I guess Declan thought Bunny needed to try on a pair of snow boots. The day before he ended up wrapped up in a blanket inside the dirty laundry basket. 

Soaking up the Sun - 3/14/13

From snow to sand in just a few days! What a beautiful day we had today. Harrison and Declan played at the school playground for an hour after school ended and then we went to the 'beach' for a picnic and played in the sand all afternoon. We even made a really neat sand castle before it got trampled!

Declan worked on eating his cheese quesadilla the entire time we were playing in the sand...and he was still trying to finish it after our castle was done...must have been yummy!

Sledding! - 3/9/13

 It snowed all day yesterday! Kevin had picked up a new sled a few days ago, so it was a perfect opportunity to try it out with Harrison and Declan's first sledding adventure down the big hill next to the school by our house. They didn't last long, but had fun!

Preschool Buddies - 3/7/13

This is Harrison with his friends, Grayson and Lydia, at school. Grayson's mom took the picture after they came in from recess at the end of the morning. Apparently, they were tired from running around outside!

Biscuit Bakers - 3/3/13

Harrison and Declan are great little biscuit bakers! And, since we were just planning to hang out at home this morning, we decided to make some sweet-potato biscuits for breakfast. Not many biscuits survived with these two at the table!
