Disneyland - May 2013

After our visit to Nana's, we headed to southern California for a family vacation at Disneyland, LegoLand, the SanDiego Zoo, and the beach! The pictures fill up more than one page of the blog, so keep clicking on 'older post' at the bottom of the page (or the links to the right) to see all of the pictures.

Those are some 'goofy' characters!

First, we attended the 'Mad Tea Party'.

This was the 'Storybook Canal' ride.

Harrison and Declan were in love with the popcorn at Disneyland.

We spent a lot of time in 'Mickey's Toon Town'. I think we saw just about every character including, Mickey Mouse (and his house), Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Pluto!

Meet-andGreet with Mickey Mouse!

We got to take a 'spin' in Mickey's car, too.

And, we checked out Goofy's house and Donald Duck's houseboat!

Declan and I bumped into Pluto while Harrison and Kevin were riding a roller coaster.

The newest (and cutest) Mouseketeer!!

Popcorn makes the world a very happy place!

Enjoying Fantasyland.

These pictures were taken at the 'Winnie-the-Pooh' ride, which Harrison and Declan loved!! I think we rode it 5 or 6 times.

Ready to go... riding in a big honey pot!

Then, we got to meet Tigger and Eeyore!

Declan loved Eeyore!

Harrison on the 'Jungle Cruise' ride...his favorite!!

A ride on the Circus Train with all the other animals.

Declan said that 'Dumbo' was his favorite ride.

After a lot of fun at Disneyland, we headed next door to Disney's California Adventure.

Our first stop was Cars Land!

'Mater' had his own ride...

...and Harrison got to meet 'Lightening McQueen'

We ran into 'Jake the Pirate' in the Hollywood area.

Then, while Kevin went on some 'big people' rides, Harrison, Declan, Pluto, and I shared a hot fudge chocolate chip cookie ice cream sundae!

Disneyland must really be the 'happiest place on earth', because we spent 10 hours there the first day and 13 hours the second day, and there wasn't a single tantrum.
Just lots of treasured family memories.
