Happy Halloween!!

Harrison and Declan had a super fun Halloween! There were costume parades and parties at school, plus pizza, hot chocolate, and trick-or-treating with friends at night. They went to bed filled with sugar and happy memories. Happy Halloween!

Halloween at Disneyland - October 2014

Last week, we celebrated Halloween time at Disneyland. We had a 'magical' vacation and made many, many happy memories!

The Disneyland Park was all decked out for the holiday with Halloween decor everywhere.

I think Harrison and Declan met almost every character!

The Winnie-the-Pooh ride and characters are still at the top of Harrison and Declan's 'favorites' list!

There was no shortage of special Halloween treats.

The 'Astro-blaster' turned out to be one of Harrison's favorite rides, but 'Mr. Toad's Wild Ride'....not so much!

 Mickey was in his house when we wandered through one evening. We weren't even trying to meet him and somehow we wandered right into his meeting area...with no line!

We also bumped into Alice and the Mad Hatter one morning, and they had quite a long chat with Harrison and Declan.

Our Character Breakfast at the 'Plaza Inn' was so much fun! I think they met something like eight different characters and it wasn't busy at all, so they got to spend a lot of time with their favorites.

Mickey waffles are the best!

Harrison and I went to Mickey's Halloween Party on Wednesday! There was trick-or-treating (with tons of candy), a parade, fireworks, rides, and lots of characters to meet.

We spent one day at Disney's California Adventure Park, which was great for a change of scenery and choices for different rides and character greetings!

We got to meet 'Oswald the Lucky Rabbit'! Harrison was beside himself!!

There was no shortage of Halloween treats to try!

Back to Disneyland for the last day.

Harrison, Declan, and I had breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen the morning we left and got to meet Chef Goofy and lots of others. They loved it!

So many happy smiles and great times!
