More Happy Egg Hunting! 3/30/13
The Easter Bunny left some treat-filled eggs for Harrison and Declan at Aunt Jane and Uncle Doug's house, so we headed over there yesterday for another egg hunt!
"Hmmmm, where could those eggs be?"
Found one!!
"I see one! Me too!"
Harrison and Declan are great little hunters...the Easter Bunny hid the eggs much better than me!
"Look all my eggs!!"
"Quick, find more!"
Checking out their egg-filed baskets!
"Look, Mommy!"
Finding out what's inside! They got jelly beans, money, and candy.
After the egg hunt, they had to swing on the front porch...
...and then we walked to the ice cream shop for homemade ice cream to end the outing. Fun Day!!

'No Dogs Allowed!' - 3/28/13
This morning, we all went to the Arvada Center to see a children's theatre production titled, 'No Dogs Allowed!'. It was based on a children's book written by the actress on Sesame Street who plays 'Maria' and it was very cute!! Harrison and Declan loved the storyline and the music.
Ready for the show!
Harrison and Declan brought home a copy of the book so we can read the story at home.
On top of providing great entertainment, the Theatre Complex also has a great outdoor area for kids to play! There was a giant dragon to climb on and this sand box with a wooly mammoth and dinosaurs. We had a fun morning!!

'The Differentest School of All' - 3/20/13
This morning, we all went on a family outing to see a 'Kid's Kabaret' performance at the Boulder Dinner Theatre. The show was called 'The Differentest School of All'. It was based on a Dr. Suess book and was all about being yourself. Harrison was absorbed in the performance for the entire hour while Declan's attention kind of waned. It was a great show with a wonderful message for kids!
